Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C milk, warmed
  • 1/4 C light sour cream
  • 1 green onion, trimmed and halved
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 gold potato, baked or boiled
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and divided
  • Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to your blender jar add milk, sour cream, green onion, cheese, salt, black pepper, and potato. Secure lid and select ‘Soups.’
    2. Then add bacon and a second potato. Secure lid and press ‘Pulse’ 2 to 4 times to incorporate the chunky ingredients.
    3. Top with any baked potato toppings you would like and enjoy!
