Sweet and Spicy Asian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  2. Add soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sriracha and rice wine vinegar.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until simmering. Take off the heat until ready to toss with meat.

OR mix all ingredients in a small bowl and serve for dipping.
