Veggie Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1/2 Chopped Cabbage
  • 5 Stalks of Celery, Chopped or cut into thin strips
  • 3 Carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2-3″ of Ginger, grated
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add garlic, carrots and celery
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles til al-dente
  3. Combine soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and set aside
  4. Drain noodles and add to the pan, as well as the soy sauce/sugar mixture.
  5. Reduce heat and place onions on top of noodles
  6. Once onions are the desired texture, add ginger, stir and serve!
