Ingredients
1 Pound of Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles
1/2 Chopped Cabbage
5 Stalks of Celery, Chopped or cut into thin strips
3 Carrots, cut into thin strips
1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2-3″ of Ginger, grated
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add garlic, carrots and celery
Cook spaghetti noodles til al-dente
Combine soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and set aside
Drain noodles and add to the pan, as well as the soy sauce/sugar mixture.
Reduce heat and place onions on top of noodles
Once onions are the desired texture, add ginger, stir and serve!
