Ginger Chicken

One Chicken Breast
2-3″ of Ginger Root, grated
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Start Instant Pot of Rice
Heat toasted sesame oil in skillet on stove over medium heat and add the crushed garlic.
Cut up chicken into small cubes and add to skillet
Mix sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper in a bowl and set aside (I add any left over ginger rinds into the sauce.
Once chicken is cooked, add mixture to skillet and let simmer until your rice is done (about 10-15 mins).
Stir ginger in and serve. Great with broccoli or green beans or carrots.
