Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of Room-Temp Butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 TBSP Whipping Cream or Half and Half
  • 6 TBSP of Cacoa or Cocoa Powder
  • 2 oz of Cream Cheese (room temp)

Directions

  1. Whip butter for 3 mins
  2. Add all ingredients and mix til incorporated.
  3. Whip for 3 mins
  4. Add cream cheese and mix on high til incorporated
  5. Decorate!
