Eggless Dairy Free Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

OR 1 Round:

  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2.5 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.
  2. Add vinegar, vanilla and oil.
  3. Pour water over the entire thing and mix until smooth.
  4. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool, then top with your favorite frosting and enjoy!
