1 cup chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate)
1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother coating)
Directions
Add ingredients to bowl and stir til completely combined
Use a cookie scoop or 1-2 tsp and roll into balls
Place in fridge while you melt your chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium low heat.
Cover each ball with chocolate and place on a cookie sheet. After 6 balls, sprinkle with coconut flakes. If you do it too soon they will not be as vibrant/visible.
Place in fridge for 30 mins and store in an airtight container
