Ingredients
ADAPTED:
2 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp + 2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups of oats
2 tbsp chia seed
1 cups chopped almonds
ORIGINAL:
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups of oats
2 cups chopped almonds
2 cups raisins (optional)][
Directions
Preheat the oven at 325
Mix the first 7(adapted)/5(original) ingredients together
Add oats and mix completely so they are evenly coated
Add nuts (or seeds) and mix til evenly coated.
Press into a parchement lined jelly roll
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar on top
Bake at 325 – 30 mins – rotate 1x mid way
Let cool for 1 hr.
Break up into pieces
Add dried fruit.
