Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 c Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c Milk – whatever you prefer
  • 2.5 Tbsp Cane Sugar with 1/2 tsp Molasses OR Brown Sugar OR 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seed
  • 1/4 c Plain Yogurt (Optional)

For One Serving:

  • 1/2 c Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Milk – whatever you prefer
  • 2 tsp Cane Sugar with 1/2 tsp Molasses OR Brown Sugar OR 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chia Seed
  • 1 TSBP Plain Yogurt (Optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and divide into 4 mason jars or 1-cup size bowls.
  2. Refrigerate jars for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Add nuts in the morning!
