Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chickpeas
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and prep a large sheet pan with parchment
  2. In a bowl, coat strained chickpeas with olive oil
  3. Add spices and mix well.
  4. Add to parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 25 mins, stir as needed.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
