Peanut Buttter Chocolate Candies

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Organic Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Butter – softened
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. Melt half the chocolate chunks in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until all melted.
  2. Pour melted chocolate evenly into the molds and place in
  3. Whip the peanut butter and butter
  4. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well.
  5. Spoon into molds on top of chocolate or use a piping or sandwich bag to pipe it.
  6. Refrigerate while melting chocolate
  7. Melt remaining chocolate in microwave by heating for 30 seconds then stirring and repeating process until it is melted and smooth.
  8. Pour remaining melted chocolate into the molds, covering them evenly.
  9. Refrigerate until chocolate has set.
  10. We leave ours in the fridge to help to prevent melting.
